Eligibility The Tracy Lawrence Tickets Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to US residents who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Findlay Toyota Center and Oak View Group are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 2. Sponsorship The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Findlay Toyota Center, located at 3201 N. Main St., Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314 (the "Sponsor"). 3. Agreement to Official Rules Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein. 4. Sweepstakes Period The Sweepstakes begins on May 4th, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on June 4, 2026, at 11:59 pm MST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified. Limit of one entry per email address. Submissions will be accepted for the duration of the Sweepstakes. 5. How to Enter Online entry is available by visiting our sweepstakes entry form and following the directions to fill out and submit the entry information. No purchase necessary. Entry form link: Link to Enter. There is a limit of one (1) entry per email address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Entries exceeding this limit will be void. 6. Winner Selection On or about June 5, 2026, the Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries. The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email and telephone. If the potential winner cannot be contacted using the email or telephone number provided within two (2) business days after the first attempt, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner. 7. Winner Requirements The potential winner will be required to complete, sign, and submit a Declaration of Compliance within two (2) business days of the first attempted notice to claim their prize. The winner must provide proof of age to claim prizes. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to submit the Declaration of Compliance within the required time period, or the prize communication is returned as undeliverable, they forfeit the prize. The prize package must be picked up by August 27, 2026, or the prize is forfeited. In the event of disqualification, the Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner by random drawing. Only one (1) alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain unawarded. 8. Prizes The prize includes: o Two (2) tickets to the August 27, 2026 Tracy Lawrence concert at the Findlay Toyota Center. o A one-night stay for two at the Forest Villas Hotel in Prescott, AZ. o A $50 gift card for Gabby's Grill restaurant in Prescott Valley, AZ. 9. General Conditions The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In such case, the Sponsor may award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. 10. Release and Limitations of Liability By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and other associated entities from any claim arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize. 11. Disputes Disputes will be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the appropriate court located in Yavapai County, Arizona. 12. Privacy Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's privacy policy. 13. Force Majeure The Sponsor may be excused from executing the Sweepstakes due to reasons beyond their control, including event cancellation, acts of God, war, public enemies, epidemics, pandemics, and governmental actions. 14. Non-Responsibility Findlay Toyota Center is not responsible for issues occurring at the establishment or from any of the tickets, services or products provided in the prize package. 15.
