PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE FINDLAY TOYOTA CENTER WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT.
YOU WILL BE REFERRED TO THE WEBSITE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FIRST.

OTHER WAYS TO GET A VACCINE:
1. Check with your doctor to see if he/she can provide you with a vaccination.

ABOUT THE EVENT

The Findlay Toyota Center has partnered with Spectrum Healthcare and others to coordinate mass vaccinations beginning MONDAY, JANUARY 25, 2021 from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. The Vaccination Station will be set-up inside the arena and in operation on any day that we don't have an event scheduled.

Appointments must be made through Spectrum Healthcare’s website at spectrumhg.org/vaccine and are limited to the current phase of distribution. There is no need to get a physician order. The vaccination is the Moderna version and is provided for free. The second dose appointment will be made at the time of the first vaccination.

Participants are asked to bring a photo identification and wear masks to help protect healthcare workers and volunteers who will be working the event.
